The Relaxing Sights & Sounds Of The Mighty Nashwaak

Took some video of the Nashwaak river. Beautiful river that flows into the Saint John river and runs along the city of Fredericton, all the way down to the Atlantic ocean in Saint John (Shout out to my hommies in SJ!  YO!).
Unfortunately, beautiful scenes like this are being spoiled this Summer by the terror that there are clumps of cyanobacteria... Or the 'blue-green algae'.

Now I'm not making light of this, a number of dogs have died, I think 1 so far this Summer and about 3? maybe last Summer.... And now they tell us there is a form of this algae that can also harm us, possibly fatally... Between that and the freakin ticks comeback, New Brunswickers are goin to be soon going for vacation at the local malls and shopping centers (if your town or village is lucky enough to have one.).

Be aware of your surroundings, bring clean water for your pet with you (and some for yourself!), and completely avoid any areas of standing water, including large or small /deep puddles.

Check your pets and yourself for ticks if you've been out in tall grasses, by the rivers...

And try not to fret to much over this. Just be aware and have fun. You can do both!

Bad editing in this video... Of note as well, the audio is actually an MP3 of a "Bubbling brook" that I downloaded from a free sounds website. The original audio had cars driving behind me and wind... Wouldn't have been a 'relaxing' video.. Now, you can put it on and watch the beautiful water flow in the Summer sunlight. I had wanted to make it super long. I really like those 'Ambient sounds' videos of rain and bubbling brooks, so this was a bad homage to them lol
